Visitor’s Overview

The Visitors Module streamlines how you manage guests entering your workspace. From adding visitor details to tracking their check-in/check-out status, this feature ensures security, transparency, and a smooth visitor experience.

📋 Visitor’s List (Today’s Visitors)

This section displays all visitors for the selected date, with quick filters for better control:

• Date of Visit – Filter visitors by their scheduled or actual date of visit.
• Visitor – Search by visitor name.
• Status – Filter by current status (All, Checked-in, Checked-out).
• Order Reference – Links to any associated bookings/orders.
• Visiting – Shows who the visitor is meeting (member/contact/company).
• Time – The timestamp of arrival or activity updates.

Statuses:

• Checked-In – The visitor has arrived and is on-premises.
• Checked-Out – The visitor has left and displays departed time.
