Staff Management

The Staff Management module helps you onboard, manage, and deactivate staff members such as venue managers, operations staff, and administrators. This ensures every staff user has the right access to systems, venues, and tasks. The Staff Overview page provides a complete list of staff members linked to your organization.

Table View: Displays staff details such as Country, External Reference ID, and Staff Name.
Filters: Narrow down staff based on specific criteria like Country, External Reference, Name.
Actions:
- βοΈ Edit Staff β Update staff details, change assigning of persona etc.
- ποΈ Delete Staff β Deactivate a staff memberβs account when no longer required.
Export Option: Download staff records for audits or internal reporting.
